WALDRONSMITH Management has secured a selection of accommodation options within close proximity of the Conference venue. There are several other events in Melbourne at the time of the Conference so we encourage you to book accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

To secure your accommodation, simply complete the online registration form. A
valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel
to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at
the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and
conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs
must be settled directly with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note
hotels may apply a surcharge to credit card payments.
Please note the check in time is generally 1400. If you require immediate
access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking
for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 6 pm
please note this accordingly.
The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we
encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days
prior to arrival are subject to availability.
