Biochemical recurrence following radical prostatectomy presents a pivotal challenge in the management of prostate cancer. The introduction of PSMA PET/CT has lead to detection of disease at extremely low PSA levels and revealed patterns of recurrence that require a more sophisticated approach to salvage therapies. Through detailed case studies, a multidisciplinary panel will dissect the decision-making process involved in diagnosing and managing BCR and explore the different radiation and systemic therapy options available to optimise both treatment and quality of life outcomes.
