Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be confirmed. Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and EFT. Cheque payments will not be accepted.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
You may register online and note payment will be made by EFT. A tax invoice will be
generated and emailed to you immediately with your registration confirmation letter for
payment to be made within 14 days. Bank details for payment can be found at the bottom
of the invoice.
All bank fees incurred with EFT, whether international or national, are at the
depositor's expense.
Please use your name as the reference.
To ensure prompt reconciliation, please forward a copy of the transfer record/remittance
advice to the Conference Office.
Please note this option is only available up until 30
days prior to the Conference. From Sunday 20 July 2025 credit card payments only will be
accepted.
Credit Card
Visa and Mastercard are accepted. From Sunday 20 July 2025 all new online registrations must be paid in full by credit card. Please note ‘WALDRONSMITH Management’ will appear on your credit card transaction statement.
Registration Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you after completing the registration form. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made by accessing your registration details using the link in your registration confirmation email.
