We look forward to welcoming you to Melbourne shortly. To assist with your arrival, please see below further information on key areas of the Conference.

Our conference will be held on Level 2 & the Melbourne Rooms. The workshops on Thursday 13 August will be held on Level 2. Please note there will be no industry exhibition on Thursday 13 August. The Conference on Friday and Saturday will be held on Level 2. The plenary will be held in the Melbourne Room 2 and the industry exhibition will be located in Melbourne Room 1.

The Registration and Information Desk is located on Level 2 of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, outside the Melbourne Rooms and will be open the following times:

  • Thursday 13 August from 7:45am-5:30pm
  • Friday 14 August from 7:00am-7:00pm
  • Saturday 15 August from 6:45am-5:30pm
Name badges will be available to collect from the registration desk upon arrival. For security purposes, please wear your name badge at all times, including at social functions.

The Speaker Preparation Room is located in Speaker Room 201, of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and is open the following times:

  • Friday 14 August from 7:00am–4:00pm
  • Saturday 15 August from 6:45am–2:00pm

For those presenting in the workshops on Thursday 13 August, a table will be located outside Meeting Rooms 203 & 204 from 7.00am - 5.30pm to provide speaker preparation services. 

A few days prior to the Conference you will receive an email from us detailing how to access the Conference App, which will provide you with the latest information. We encourage you to download the App before arriving at the Conference. 

There will be a dedicated wifi network for you to use throughout the Conference. The password to the Conference network will be printed on the reverse side of your name badge.

The Conference opening session will commence at 8:00am sharp on Friday 14 August 2026. This will be in Melbourne Room 2 at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. We encourage you to collect your name badge early to ensure you are seated and ready for the formalities to begin. Please see the Conference website for the full program.

Industry Welcome Reception
Date: Friday 14 August 2026
Location: Melbourne Room 1, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre 
Time: 5:30pm-7:00pm (immediately following sessions)
Dress Code: Relaxed Conference Attire 
Tickets: This event is included in all full registrations and for Friday registrants. Additional tickets may be purchased for $65 AUD per person inc GST.

Conference Celebration Event

Location: Evergreen- Level 3, Crown Towers 
Time: 7:00pm-11:30pm
Dress Code: Relaxed Conference Attire
Tickets: This event is not included in any registration types. Tickets may be purchased at $140 AUD per person inc GST and includes food and beverages. 

    We encourage you to network with the exhibitors during the Conference. Located in Melbourne Room 1, the Exhibition will be open the following times:

    • Friday 14 August from 8:00am-7:00pm
    • Saturday 15 August from 8:00am-4:15pm

    Daily catering and the Welcome Reception will also be held in Melbourne Room 1. 

      To assist with networking, a copy of the delegate list, excluding privacy requests, will be available on the Conference App. 

      The dress code for the Conference is casual business attire.

      Every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements and/or special requirements, however advance notice is needed. If you did not provide this information at the time of registering, please email the Conference Office

      If you have booked accommodation through the Conference Office, any changes to your booking must be managed through the Conference Office by email, not directly with the hotel.

      Attending the Conference will allow you to claim CPD hours by self-reporting. A certificate of attendance will be distributed following the Conference via email. 

      Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such coverage. The Conference Organisers and the Conference Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.


      Please be advised during the Conference photography and filming may take place and may be used to promote the Conference, both within Australia and internationally, across all print and digital platforms. If you do not wish to appear in any images captured, please inform us so we can take the appropriate steps and where possible, and please move out of camera range.

      If there is an emergency at the venue, please stay calm. Please follow the instructions given by the venue staff who are fully trained for an emergency situation.
