Rachel Oxford-Webb has worked in urology for 27 years. She was Queensland’s first dedicated Prostate Cancer Support Nurse and established The Wesley Hospital’s Prostate Cancer Care Service in 2011. The service was designed to connect care teams, provide reliable resources and education and deliver seamless, expert and holistic care. Rachel has worked in both public and private sectors, in Australia and the UK. 

Rachel is now working at Wesley Urology Clinic as Prostate Specialist Nurse.

Rachel has been on the QUNS/ANZUNS Queensland Section Committee in different roles for 20 years and was convenor of the ANZUNS 2019 ASM. She is passionate about educating nurses, particularly inspiring and equipping the future urology nurse workforce.

Rachel holds post-graduate qualifications in Continence Management and Project Management; she is a Non-Executive Director of a community care organisation and sits in several other leadership roles.
