We are excited to be returning to Cairns and invite delegates to participate in the social program held as part of the Conference.
Welcome Reception
As the first official social event of the Conference, we encourage delegates to meet your colleagues and friends in the relaxed setting of the exhibition immediately following the sessions on Friday.

Time: 1745-1900 (immediately following sessions)
Venue: Industry Exhibition (Mezzanine Foyer), Cairns Convention Centre
Dress code: Relaxed Conference attire (no ties)
Cost: Included in full registrations and for Friday registrants. Additional tickets can be purchased for AU$65 inc GST.
Satellite Dinner Meetings
A number of satellite dinner meetings will be held after the Welcome Reception on Friday 18 August 2023 at the Cairns Convention Centre. Refer to the Additional Program Sessions page of the website for details of the dinners.

Dress code: Relaxed Conference attire (no ties)
Inclusions: Sit down dinners with beverages
Cost: Included in full registrations and for Friday registrants. Guest tickets are not able to be purchased for these dinners.
Please note: these dinners have limited numbers and will reach capacity prior to the Conference commencement. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Conference Celebration Event
After four years since our last in-person Conference we are giving you the opportunity to party with friends and colleagues. The Conference dinner will be in the format of a casual dining experience with food stations, dancing and a few surprises. Register early as this event sold out last time we were in Cairns.

Venue: Boardwalk Social, Crystalbrook - Flynn
Dress code: Resort with a splash of colour
Cost: $120 inc GST per person (please note the Conference is subsidising part of the Celebration Event cost). Partners are also welcome to join the Celebration Event at a cost of $120 inc GST per person.
