To secure your accommodation, simply complete the online registration form. A valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled directly with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note hotels may apply a surcharge to credit card payments.

Please note the check in time is generally 1400. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 6 pm please note this accordingly.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to availability.

Please note cancelled or reduced bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no show) may incur penalties. See details below before making your selection

Any changes to your booking must be made via email to WALDRONSMITH Management – not directly with the hotel.

Pan Pacific Melbourne

Location:
2 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf
0.1 km from Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (approx. 1 min walk). Direct internal walkway to MCEC.

The Pan Pacific Hotel is located on the waterfront at South Wharf, adjacent to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Rooms come with spectacular views of Port Phillip Bay through floor to ceiling windows. Bathrooms feature a separate walk-in shower and bathtub. Facilities include a 55” LED television, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary high speed internet access. There is a fully equipped fitness centre with 24 hour access.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received between 30 – 15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation rate. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or non-arrival at the hotel (no-shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of the entire length of stay. Any reductions by one or more nights within 30 days of arrival may incur cancellation fees.

Payment Terms:
Full payment is required on check in at the hotel.

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf

Location:

0.1 km from Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (approx. 1 min walk). Direct internal walkway to MCEC.

Room Details:
Standard Room | $210 per room per night (room only)
Buffet breakfast available at $30 per person (book via reception upon check-in).

The hotel is located on the historic South Wharf promenade with direct access to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Novotel South Wharf is adjacent to the DFO center with 180+ retail brands. Accommodation rooms have comfortable bedding and floor to ceiling windows with views across the city or Port Phillip Bay. There is high speed wifi, a smart TV and bedside USB power. Bathrooms feature walk-in showers and fair trade amenities.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received between 30-15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay.
