PATRICK C WALSH LECTURE

The Patrick C. Walsh Lecture is a prestigious annual highlight of our Conference, established to honour the extraordinary legacy of Professor Patrick C. Walsh. A global pioneer in urology whose work transformed the understanding and surgical treatment of prostate cancer worldwide.

This Lecture also recognises the enduring influence of Professor Walsh through those he mentored, including Australia’s own Professor Tony Costello. Each year, the Patrick C. Walsh Lecture is presented by an invited speaker of outstanding distinction, selected in recognition of their leadership, innovation and significant contribution to prostate cancer care, research, and education. It is both a celebration of excellence and a reflection on the evolving future of urology.
