Evie is a Urology Nurse Practitioner who has worked in regional and metropolitan public and private practice. She has been specialising in Urology since 2012 and completed post graduate studies in urology and continence nursing, intimacy and prostate cancer for couples and a Masters of Nurse Practitioner. She facilitates several nurse led clinics, focusing on urology oncology and sexual dysfunction and facilitates sexual function workshops for clinicians working in prostate cancer. She is a co convenor for the Asia Pacific Prostate Cancer Conference, a prior committee member of ANZUNS Victoria and is working on research in sexual dysfunction and prostate cancer. She has recently expanded her scope of practice and is in the process of setting up an NP diagnostic haematuria clinic, and is the second nurse practitioner in Australia to be competent in performing transperineal prostate biopsy.
