All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Please note:
- You must be a registered Healthcare Practitioner, Researcher or hold a professional role with a Healthcare environment to attend this Conference. The Conference is not open to the general public.
- All industry must purchase exhibition or sponsorship to attend the Conference. You will receive your registration link from the Conference Office.
Registration Inclusions
Full Registration Includes:
- Attendance to all Conference sessions (Friday and Saturday)
- Access to Poster Sessions as per Conference program
- Lunch, morning and afternoon teas daily as per the Conference program
- Entry into the Industry Exhibition
- Attendance at the Industry Welcome Reception (Friday) & Breakfast Sessions (Saturday)
- Attendance at the Conference workshops (Thursday) - note that space is limited, and pre-booking is required
Day Registration Includes:
- Attendance to all Conference sessions on the day of registration
- Lunch, morning and afternoon teas on the day of registration as per the Conference program
- Entry into the Industry Exhibition on the day of registration
- Attendance at the Industry Welcome Reception (Friday registrants only) & Breakfast Sessions (Saturday registrants only)
Tickets to the Conference Celebration Event at the Sculpture Terrace, Museum of
Contemporary Art Australia are not included in the above registration fees and are at an
additional cost of AU$140 per person.
Workshops
Workshop only registration is currently available for the Radiation Oncology Workshop: Advancing Prostate Cancer Radiotherapy – Innovations & Best Practices at $550 per person. This includes attendance at the Radiation Oncology Workshop on Thursday 21 August and full catering for that day (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea).
A workshop only registration fee may be offered for all other workshops from May however will be subject to availability.
Additional events to the Program
The Organising Committee are currently preparing the conference program for Friday and Saturday. There may be additional sessions added and registered delegates will receive a notification if this occurs.
